Carson,

Your wish is our command! All of what you ask for is in the works. I wish it could be done tomorrow, but it's going to take a little longer.

We're going to take a little break from things post-GenCon, but after that, we have some big plans. Keep posting comments and requests. They are valued. It's how we get better.

Cheers,

Chris

While I do love you guys (I really do guys, I pimp AE-WW2 as much as possible) I kind of wish they’d release the minis for Occult before releasing a new book and I wish they would consolidate the rules from the core rulebook with the Over the Wire.

It’s very confusing playing with someone new who only has the rulebook. So I hope very much they re-release the corebook at some stage with all the rules updated and a clearer understanding of certain things (vehicles and making detachments!)

[...] AE-WWII, this game has been a fight for me to get my hands on but it’s the game that made me want to make a fantasy skirmish game. It really works in its simplicity and fast flow, at no point in a game do you feel like you waiting, its go go go that whole time. The models are just okay, but the rules and mechanics are good enough that I would suggest this as a perfect entry point into wargaming. Its a shame that the rules book is $40, I think thats a little steep for the first entry into that wargaming market and I think it’s a lot to ask of a buyer from a first time game developer. Nevertheless go forth and check this out. [...]

Hi!

We'd like to share with you the latest issue of Over the Wire, Issue # 15. In this issue we include trial rules for superheroes in your games of AE-WWII. We're also updating the style and format of OTW. Let us know what you think about both the content and the new layout.

We have some plans to expand upon these rules in the future, but we'd like your feedback first. Enjoy! We hope you all have fun with this issue. There are many more yet to come for this year.

Cheers,

The Darkson Designs Crew
